Character & Style

Brewed with rich Buckinghamshire barley and a blend of Maris Otter, Crystal, Chocolate and Roast Barley malts, this is a beer built around richness, balance and slow maturation.

After brewing, the beer is carefully oak aged, allowing the flavours to mellow, deepen and round beautifully over time. Classic Fuggles and Northdown hops provide structure and gentle earthy balance, while the oak maturation introduces layers of vanilla, caramel and warming spirit-like character.

The result is smooth, indulgent and deeply satisfying — a beer to savour slowly.
